Dina is the founder of Pegasus Coaching Group, Inc. She is certified as a Master Coach and works with senior executives and their teams to create great leadership and high impact groups. Dina helps her clients: communicate with clarity and courage, successfully manage direct reporting relationships, develop talent and acquire interpersonal skills that are essential to effective and compelling leadership.
She has designed instructional materials and delivered numerous corporate programs on a wide range of topics that support team building, enhance management skills and develop strong leaders throughout an organization.
Dina has enjoyed trusted advisor status with high performance individuals, teams and organizations, coaching in high tech, entertainment, banking, marketing and government.
Dina holds a B.A. from Princeton University. She received her coaching accreditation from The Coaches Training Institute and her credential as a Master Coach (MCC), from The International Coach Federation. In addition, she is certified in a range of assessment tools including DISC and PIAV and the Bar-On EQi. She is an active member of Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).

She is enrolled in a Masters Program in Psychology, lives in Santa Monica, CA where in her spare time she takes tap dancing and improv classes and leads a monthly mastermind group focused on the shifting sands of life in the 50s.
Nancy’s twenty years as a senior executive in the entertainment industry have given her a collaborative and solution-driven approach to executive coaching. She coaches senior executives to gain effective leadership skills, to communicate with clarity and impact, and to develop and sustain successful relationships up and down the corporate ladder. Clients appreciate her steadfast commitment to creating lives that consistently blend career achievement with personal satisfaction.
Nancy’s entertainment career spanned the advertising, production and creative sides of the business. Senior positions at Warner Brothers, Viacom and Foote, Cone & Belding gave her a keen understanding of the complexities and challenges of corporate work. At Lifetime Television, she supervised the development and production of television movies. This position required creativity, strong managerial skills and an adept ability under high pressure to oversee diverse projects and personalities.
Nancy has a BA in Political Science from Pomona College. She is a certified coach through the prestigious Coaches Training Institute, and the International Coach Federation. She is also a member of ICF and PCMA. She lives in Santa Monica with her husband and two college-age children.
